Privacy notice for the beta waitlist
This covers the request-an-invite form. Using the app itself will have its own privacy policy.
What we collect
When you request an invite: your name, email, the kind of work you do, whether you’re GST-registered, roughly how many invoices you send a month, what you use to invoice today, and whether you want product news.
Why
To decide who to invite, to email you about your invite, and — only if you ticked the box — to send product news during the beta. Your answers also help us decide what to build next.
Who can see it
The Suvi team at Waffle Designs. We use service providers to host the website and database and to send email, and they process it only to provide those services. We don’t sell it.
How long we keep it
Until you join the beta, ask us to delete it, or we close the waitlist.
Your choices
Reply to any email we’ve sent you about the waitlist to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop product news.
